NNPC GMD undertakes official tour of Shell head office in The Hague

Mallam Mele Kyari, Group Managing Director (GMD), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), on November 15, 2019, made an official tour of the corporate headquarters of Shell group in The Hague, Netherlands, with a team from the state oil company. The visit was aimed at further deepening the relationship between the organizations which spans several decades.

Discussions during the tour included the utilization of Nigeria’s immense gas resources to power the Nigerian economy, new initiatives around mini power grids utilizing solar energy and further deepwater development in the upstream space.
