Enugu residents receive free 35,000 litres of LPG from Second Coming Nigeria Ltd

A relief of immense value came the way of residents of Enugu State during the yuletide as major Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) marketing company, Second Coming Nigeria Limited, donated free 35,000 litres of LPG (cooking gas) to the people.

The gesture, which was in collaboration with the Enugu State Government, was estimated at N12 million.

The Managing Director of the company, Dr Basil Ogbuanu, said in a statement that the donation, which was part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility interventions, was meant to augment the government’s efforts at ameliorating the high cost of the product.

Ogbuanu said the company’s plants in the state would give out 12.5kg of cooking gas to 400 people in four locations.

He commended the state government for its focus and commitment in ensuring that businesses enjoy a friendly environment to thrive.

He described Second Com­ing Gas plants locations in Amaechi road Awkunanaw Enugu, Nike road Abakpa Nike Enugu, Agbani Town, and mile 3 Ahani Achi in Oji River local government area of Enugu State as people and pocket friendly.

He implored the citizens of the state to take advantage of the multiple award-winning brands to make their cooking experience easier.
