Air Peace is celebrating Africa’s first female E195-E2 Captain, Ibironke Rotimi-Olajide. She was decorated as a Captain on Friday, 24 November 2023, and is now the first female Commander on the E195 aircraft in Africa.

She clinched a prestigious accolade in 2021 at the Women in Aviation Awards for being the first female pilot (Senior First Officer) on the E195 in Africa.
